Service and advice
Service and advice for your washing systems
With ABC-CLEAN, you get a partner that can deliver total solutions, including process proposals, equipment, cleaning fluids, training, service, and ongoing advice and optimization.
When you contact us, we start by understanding your items, volumes, cleanliness requirements, and workflows. From there, we advise on the choice between ultrasonic cleaning, spray washing, manual solutions, and chemicals, so you get a solution that suits quality, economy, and working environment. At the same time, we offer to examine existing equipment to assess whether it can be adjusted, upgraded, or should be replaced.
What we specifically help you with in your daily operations
You get one technical sparring partner whom you can call when questions arise regarding machines, equipment, and cleaning processes.
We are happy to review your entire process from dirty item to finished, clean product. Along the way, we look at bottlenecks, unnecessary manual steps, chemical and energy consumption, and the risk of recontamination. Many customers find that together we can cut time out of the process, reduce rewashes, and create better quality and consistency, without necessarily having to invest in new equipment.
Preventive service and planned maintenance
With planned service on your washing systems, you ensure that pumps, heating elements, filters, sensors, and controls are reviewed regularly instead of only when something breaks down. We perform service inspections by agreement, where we check central components, measure critical values, and assess wearing parts, so you can plan replacements well in advance. This provides peace of mind in operation and fewer unpleasant surprises.
After each service visit, you receive a service report. This can be used internally in production and maintenance, but also for the quality department, customers, or auditors. In this way, service is not just an expense, but part of your documentation that the systems are maintained, and that cleaning processes can be repeated and controlled.
Emergency troubleshooting and repair of washing systems
When a system stops, it costs time, delivery capability, and often also nerves. Therefore, we offer emergency troubleshooting and repair for washing systems and ultrasonic cleaners. We start with a systematic review of the fault, so we can quickly distinguish between simple operating errors, wearing parts that need to be replaced, and faults that require the manufacturer's involvement.
We have many years of experience with mechanical, electrical, and process-related faults on washing systems, and we always work according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable regulations. Where possible, we first help via phone or video, so you may be able to proceed with troubleshooting according to our instructions. If physical attendance is required, we arrange it as quickly as practically possible, so you can get the system back in operation and avoid longer production stops.
Advice on process, chemistry, and working environment
A large part of operational problems in washing systems are not about the machine itself, but about the process and cleaning fluid used. We advise on the choice of cleaning fluid, concentration, temperature, rinse quality, drying, and filtration, so you get a stable process. At the same time, we look at how you can reduce consumption and create better operation and better conditions for employees.
We help translate requirements from, for example, the pharmaceutical industry, medical, laboratories, or food industries into practice in the washing system. This may involve the need for traceability, fixed programs, documentation, and validation. We base our approach on your existing routines and propose realistic improvements that can be implemented without unduly burdening operations.
