PERO AG develops and produces advanced washing systems for industrial cleaning, degreasing, and preservation of components made of metal, plastic, glass, ceramic, and combined materials.
PERO has over 70 years of experience in cleaning technology for industrial production companies and provides solutions for, among others, automotive, aerospace, watch and jewelry production, optics, electronics, lighting, as well as cutting and non-cutting machining.
PERO's range covers both compact systems for manual loading and fully automatic systems with one or more loading lanes. This makes it possible to choose a solution that suits everything from intermediate and final cleaning of small precision components to large items, large batch sizes, and automated production lines. Where technical cleanliness is required, PERO systems are used worldwide for cleaning components before assembly, further processing, or delivery.
ABC-CLEAN has 25 years of experience in sales and service of washing systems that use modified alcohol, such as DOWCLENE 1601 and RG 63 as cleaning agents, and we are proud to offer PERO's strong machine program in Denmark.
PERO’s machine program includes the R0, S1, R1, N2, R4, and R5 machines, which cover everything from processing small precision components to larger items, bulk goods, and high production volumes.
RENSNING MED SOLVENT I LUKKET SYSTEM
PERO’s solventanlæg arbejder i lukkede systemer, hvor processerne foregår under vakuum. Det giver høj proceskontrol, effektiv affedtning og et lavt forbrug af rensemedie. PERO fremhæver blandt andet lavt solventforbrug, lavt energiforbrug, solventbehandling i lukket system, lang levetid på rensemediet og varmegenvinding som centrale fordele ved deres solventbaserede teknologi.
Afhængigt af opgave og anlæg kan PERO’s maskiner arbejde med kulbrinter, modificerede alkoholer med flammepunkt over 55 °C, halogenerede kulbrinter eller andre solventer efter behov.
Resultatet er en stabil og reproducerbar renseproces, der kan tilpasses emnets materiale, geometri, forureningstype, renhedskrav og produktionsflow.

Compact system for small and very small parts
The PERO R0 was developed for intermediate and final cleaning of small and very small parts. The machine combines high cleaning quality with a compact format and can be used for both bulk goods and parts in baskets or fixtures. The R0 is particularly relevant for the supplier industry, cutting and non-cutting machining, as well as watch and jewellery production.

Compact entry-level solution for solvent cleaning
The PERO S1 is a compact solution for companies looking for an efficient entry into solvent-based cleaning in a closed system. The machine is designed for degreasing and cleaning parts made of various materials, geometries, and with different degrees of machining. The integrated distillation contributes to process stability and a consistent cleaning level.

PERO N2 has been developed for efficient cleaning with high throughput. The machine combines effective process technology with low energy consumption and can use different solvents depending on the task. The N2 also has an energy manager function, which makes it possible to control the heating output with a focus on energy-efficient operation.

SCOPE – SMART TECHNOLOGY FOR SOLVENT-BASED SYSTEMS
With PERO SCOPE, PERO offers intelligent technology for optimizing performance and energy efficiency in solvent-based cleaning systems. SCOPE automatically monitors the solvent bath and regulates heating power and distillation as needed, ensuring the cleaning medium remains in optimal condition with reduced energy consumption. PERO states that SCOPE can reduce energy consumption by up to 59% at 80% capacity utilization and is available for R1 and N2 systems.
