The Elmasystem ultrasonic cleaning line is for tasks where the product requires multiple process steps. An example of this is a process that requires ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, and drying performed on the workpiece. Elmasystem can be adapted to precisely the process required to make your workpieces perfect.
The entire Elmasystem concept is based on a program of ultrasonic tanks and equipment that can be combined modularly. It is possible to get Elmasystem as an ultrasonic cleaning line with automatic handling, or as a manual line where the operator moves the workpieces between the individual process steps.

Elmasystem cleaning lines are used for tasks with very high purity requirements and where consistent processing is desired every time. Elmasystem is used for components in a wide range of industries, and in Denmark, we have supplied Elmasystem to the mechanical, medical, and optical industries. Elma uses the latest technology and Elma's multi-frequency ultrasound, which allows for 25/45kHz or 35/130kHz ultrasonic cleaning.
Each individual step in the process can further be equipped with filter solutions, oil separators, and process monitoring of water quality or chemical concentration, etc. It is also possible to include steps with solvents in the process by using Elma X-tra LSM modules. When designing an Elmasystem ultrasonic cleaning line, we often start by performing test cleaning on your components at Elma's test center in Southern Germany. This test cleaning produces a thorough report containing a process proposal that is used as the basis for quoting.

A great strength of Elmasystem is the advantage of its modular design.
