ABC-CLEAN ApS strives to keep customers continuously informed if a product is out of stock, delayed, or cannot be procured. In such situations, we will inform about possible alternative solutions, such as refunds or selection of equivalent products.
Pricing Errors
Should a price appear incorrect due to an obvious error, and this should reasonably have been recognized by the customer, ABC-CLEAN ApS reserves the right to cancel the order or correct the price.
Export and Sanction Regulations
By purchasing from ABC-CLEAN ApS, the customer agrees to comply with applicable export control legislation. Goods may not be forwarded, exported, or otherwise transferred to Russia or Belarus. The buyer is liable for any costs that ABC-CLEAN ApS may incur due to breaches of these regulations.
2. Payment
We offer the following payment methods:
- Credit card via Shopify
- Invoice payment by separate agreement for businesses and public customers
The amount is only debited when the item is shipped from our warehouse.
For bank transfers, there is no right of objection according to the rules of the Danish Payment Act.
In case of payment problems, we will contact the customer to arrange a possible alternative solution. If the change is not approved, the order may be cancelled.
We may request additional documentation in case of suspected misuse of payment methods.
3. Delivery and Shipping
ABC-CLEAN ApS uses a number of carriers, including DSV and GLS. Delivery time depends on the product's size, shipping type, and chosen delivery method. In some cases, goods may be shipped directly from our suppliers.
If a parcel shop is full, the shipment may be redirected to a nearby pickup location.
Goods are covered by our transport insurance as long as ABC-CLEAN ApS handles the shipping booking.
Flexible Delivery
When using flexible delivery, the carrier's own terms and conditions regarding loss and damage apply.
Business Customers
When a CVR number (company registration number) is provided at the time of order, the purchase is considered B2B. For businesses, the following applies:
- Claims for visible damage must be made on the same day as receipt
- Hidden damage must be reported within 5 working days
- Packaging must be kept until the case is closed
- ABC-CLEAN ApS may reject claims if packaging has been disposed of prematurely
If the customer chooses their own carrier for forwarding, our responsibility ceases when the goods are handed over.
4. Business Purchases – Special Terms
For business purchases, the following applies:
- No right of cancellation
- 12 months right to claim
- Shipping costs are covered by the customer
- A fee is charged for payment with business cards
- Delivery is always with distribution
ABC-CLEAN ApS reserves the right to cancel orders for procurement items if the supplier cannot meet the desired quantity.
5. Right of Cancellation (Consumers)
As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
The deadline runs from the day you receive the item. For orders with multiple deliveries, the deadline applies from the receipt of the last item.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must send a message to us at info@abc-clean.dk.
Partial Cancellation
It is possible to return individual items from an order, unless they are sets/bundles, which can only be returned as a whole.
Return of Item
After notifying us of cancellation, you have 14 days to return the item.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Items must be sent directly to our address and must not be sent to parcel shops.
Items over 20 kg may require special transport – estimated maximum price: DKK 750.
No Right of Cancellation for the Following:
- Electronic spare parts (including control boards, RFI filters, ultrasonic generators, etc.)
- Business purchases
Condition of Item upon Return
The item may only have been tested as in a physical store. Usage may result in a deduction for depreciation.
Original packaging is recommended to avoid damage.
Refund
Once we have received the item, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.
We may withhold the amount until the item has been received back.

6. Right to Claim
As a consumer, you have a 24-month right to claim under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Contact us before submitting the item so we can guide you through the process.
Depending on the situation, a claim may result in:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Price reduction
- Refund
Warranty and Serial Numbers
Products without a visible, intact serial number may be rejected, as this prevents identification.
Testing Fee
If the product is faultless, or if the fault is due to incorrect use, software problems, liquid damage, etc., a testing fee may be charged.
Proper Return
The item must be submitted with all accessories.
ABC-CLEAN ApS is not responsible for lost data.
