Elmasonic MED 900

Elmasonic MED is registered as a class I medical device according to the MDR Directive (EU) 2017/745.

This ultrasonic cleaner from Elma Schmidbauer is specifically designed for workplaces and cleaning tasks where medical instruments and equipment need to be cleaned after use. Elmasonic MED uses Elma's proven industrial ultrasonic technology, and together with a new sanitary design and a 2-year factory warranty, it's hard not to see the benefits of Elmasonic MED for medical applications.

The inside of the included plastic lid is designed as a drip tray. This prevents dripping around the ultrasonic cleaner when the basket is removed after cleaning.

The control panel is easy to clean, simple, and intuitive to operate. The display shows all activated functions and provides a large display of time and temperature. This makes it easy and quick to observe the status of the cleaning process even from a distance.

It is possible to save up to 4 cleaning programs.

Elmasonic MED is equipped with 5 ultrasonic functions:

degas - for degassing liquids before starting cleaning processes.

eco - reduced power for quieter operation. Good for delicate surfaces and materials.

sweep - for more uniform ultrasonic cleaning.

pulse - for enhanced cleaning effect for difficult cleaning tasks.

dynamic - automatic switching between sweep and pulse.

Adjustable temperature alarm (40 - 60 deg. C).

An audible signal warns when the temperature in the bath approaches the denaturation temperature for protein. This helps ensure that instruments are thoroughly clean every time.

Autostart at reached temperature.

By activating this function, the ultrasound is only activated when the correct temperature is reached. This way you can ensure that all cycles are performed uniformly.

Elmasonic MED ultrasonic cleaners are available in sizes from 3 to 90 liters volume.
