Highly alkaline - Highly effective

A25 is a liquid, strongly alkaline, foam-inhibiting cleaning concentrate for ultrasonic, immersion, and spray cleaning of alkali-resistant parts and medical devices, such as medical and laboratory instruments, implants, etc., made of metal (including titanium), glass, ceramics, and plastic.

Removes marks, labels, greases from ground glass joints, resinous and tarry residues, lime soap deposits (and prevents re-deposition), blood, saliva, protein, bone, and tissue residues, greases, oils, polishing and grinding residues, fingerprints, and dust.

A25 is approved as a Class I medical device in accordance with MDR

Suitable for: Alkali-resistant laboratory and medical instruments, implants
Effectively removes:

 

Blood, saliva, residues of egg whites, bones and tissues, greases, oils, grinding and polishing agents, resinous and tar-like residues, residues from markers and labels

 
Suitable materials

Alkali-resistant glass, ceramics, metal (including titanium) and alkali-resistant plastics. Not suitable for aluminum, magnesium and light metal alloys, as well as non-alkali-resistant glass.

The compatibility of the parts to be cleaned with A25 must be checked before use.
Application:

Ultrasound: 1% = 10 ml A25 + 990 ml water

Spray wash: 0.5% = 5 ml A25 + 995 ml water

Temperature:

  • Ultrasonic bath: 50 – 75 °C
  • Spray wash: > 55 °C

Cleaning time: 4 - 10 min
