Robust and powerful ultrasonic bath particularly suitable for service workshops. The Elmasonic Xtra series is available in 4 different sizes from 5 – 30 liters.

The ultrasonic power is delivered by Elma's proven 37 kHz ultrasonic system, which has been used for many years as the standard in all Elma's industrial solutions.

Elmasonic Xtra is made entirely of stainless steel, and all units are equipped with a drainable bottom and drain valve for easy and safe emptying during liquid changes.

The controls on the Elmasonic Xtra are clearly arranged on the front of the unit, from which you can set the treatment time, temperature, max. temperature, and the ultrasonic functions DYNAMIC and ECO.

Ultrasonic functions

The DYNAMIC and ECO ultrasonic functions support that we are talking about a powerful ultrasonic cleaner here:

DYNAMIC is an automatic switch between SWEEP and PULSE ultrasound, where SWEEP is frequency-modulated ultrasound that ensures a homogeneous distribution of ultrasound throughout the bath, and PULSE is amplified ultrasound power.

ECO is gentle ultrasonic operation with lower power, which ensures that items with vulnerable surfaces or items made of delicate materials can be cleaned without damage. The lower ultrasonic power function also extends the life of the ultrasonic tank.

Thermostatically controlled heating

All models are standard equipped with thermostatically controlled heating that can be set from 30 – 80 °C. in 5 °C increments. The tolerance for thermostatic control is -5 / +8 °C. If the bath temperature reaches 90 °C during operation, the ultrasound is switched off.

The unit automatically switches off if it is not used for 8 hours.

Timer / treatment time

The treatment time can be set from 1 – 30 minutes, as well as continuous operation (max. 6 hours). Upon completion of a cleaning cycle, the Elmasonic Xtra signals with both an acoustic and optical signal.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty is provided from when the ultrasonic cleaner was put into use, but no longer than 3 years from the production date.

A 3-year warranty is provided on the welded tank from when the equipment was put into use, but no longer than 4 years from the production date.
